“I needed an appraisal of my art work done as to procure an insurance policy on them. This appraisal needed to be accurate, with values of other like pieces documented. The appraisal needed to be detailed in image size, condition, framing, with materials used. Documentation of galleries, type of print, paint or oils used, medium, date produced, origin, maker, costs to replace, costs to restore if damaged, original cost and list of resources used.
